Product Information

Our products are custom-printed, and slight variations in colour, size, or finishing may occur. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded content is accurate before placing an order.

Order Processing and Production Time

Orders are only processed after an enquiry has been made and the order confirmed. Production times vary based on product and order volume but typically range between 3-7 working days. Production starts only after file approval and payment confirmation. Rush orders may be accommodated on request and may incur additional fees.

Delivery

We deliver within the Klang Valley area using Lalamove. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by third-party delays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

File Uploads and Content

Customers must own or have the rights to all uploaded files. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights. We are not responsible for errors in uploaded files, such as low-resolution images or typographical mistakes.

Proofing and Customer Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs before approving production. Once approved, no changes can be made, and we are not liable for errors present in the approved proof.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted. However, if a product is defective or there is a production error, customers must notify us via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the item. Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.

Cancellations are only accepted before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not allowed.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Print Your Brands Solution or our licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Customers retain ownership of uploaded files but grant us the right to use these files solely for fulfilling their orders.
