An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

3.1 Image Uploads

If you upload images to the website, please avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from images on the website.

Files are retained for your convenience to ease reordering, but there is no guarantee that files will be stored indefinitely as this depends on server capacity and usage.

Refunds are only applicable in cases where there is a production error or defect that is caused by us. Customers must notify us via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the item. Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.

We retain enquiry and quotation details for internal records, operational purposes, and compliance with legal and accounting requirements. These records, including personal information and uploaded files, are kept for a period of seven (7) years as required for financial and tax-related documentation in Malaysia. However, we do not guarantee indefinite storage as this depends on server capacity and usage.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

We also work with trusted third-party printing partners and delivery providers to complete and deliver your orders. We currently work with Lalamove for deliveries within the Klang Valley area.
